Our focus is to provide custom processing of your harvest. Our BASIC CUT includes: backstrap and inside loin trimmed (EITHER SLICES OR WHOLE) steaks, roast and grind. All steaks and loins can be TENDERIZED UPON REQUEST. We offer a variety of special cuts including: Hot and mild jerky (real sliced jerky NOT GRIND JERKY), summer sausage, bologna, salami, and pepperoni. We also offer Mexican chorizo, bacon grind, and breakfast sausage ( HOT OR MILD). Your harvest can be tailored to directly fit your needs.
We are open from the first day of archery season until the last day of rifle.
WE WILL TREAT YOUR HARVEST AS IF IT WAS OURS EVERYTIME!
We require a modest deposit upon your drop off to ensure your timely pick-up.
